Shipping Policy

At Gentle Glow, we strive to ensure that your self-care essentials reach you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver your orders.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to:

  • Within Malaysia – Nationwide (Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak).
  • International Shipping – Selected countries (to be announced soon). Please contact us at gentleglow.co@outlook.com before placing an international order.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (Malaysia):

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days (West Malaysia)
  • Standard Delivery: 5–8 business days (East Malaysia – Sabah & Sarawak)

International:

  • Delivery time varies depending on the destination country and courier partner. Estimated 7–21 business days.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, festive seasons, or unforeseen events beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

  • West Malaysia: Flat rate RM8 per order
  • East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Flat rate RM15 per order
  • Free Shipping: On orders above RM150 (within Malaysia only)
  • International Orders: Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on destination and weight

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your parcel through the courier’s website until it arrives at your doorstep.


6. Failed Deliveries & Return to Sender

  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability of recipient, or failed collection from the courier office, the parcel may be returned to us.
  • Re-delivery charges will apply for reshipping.

7. Damaged, Missing, or Lost Parcels

  • If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving (or expected delivery date).
  • We will assist by liaising with the courier and, if necessary, send a replacement or issue a store credit/refund (depending on the situation).

8. International Shipping – Customs & Duties

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by their local authorities.
  • Gentle Glow is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
